I created Brave Beginnings for my Girl Scout Gold Award to help kids face challenges with confidence. Growing up, I saw how self-doubt holds children back, so I designed an app that makes building leadership & teamwork skills as fun as playing a game!

Hi! I’m Briar, a Girl Scout on a mission to help ensure kids have confidence in themselves. When I noticed how many children struggle with self-doubt, I combined my love of coding and leadership to create Brave Beginnings for my Gold Award. My hope? To give every kid the tools to feel brave, capable, and ready to take on the world!
